Applications

3D PRINTED MODELS

We specialise in 3D printed models. By optimising our digital mapping data, we produce very efficient 3D printable models.

Large model areas are subdivided into smaller tiles, which are hand finished to perfectly fit together to form larger models. So any size or scale model is achievable.

3D printed models can be produced in full colour, or as monochrome white models. Surface detail, such as roads, are modelled in 3D relief so that these elements are clearly visible.

TIMBER MODELS

Using CNC machining and 3D printing, we can offer a timber 3D modelling solution. Hybrid timber models offer an additional warmth, texture and depth.

Solid timber is machined to an exact profile of the terrain, while 3D printing is used to reproduce the individual buildings in their full detail. Subtle colouring is used to blend the 3D printed buildings into their wooden terrain.

All models are finished and delivered with high-quality acrylic display covers.

LARGE SCALE DETAIL MODELS

As your design develops, we can produce far more detailed models of your design, either as a work-in-progress model or a finished presentation model.

We use a wide range of techniques and materials to best suit your project. Moving elements and internal lighting are all options to consider.

MODEL FINISHING

Models are dressed with attractive brass etched trees and foliage where required, and will be coloured to suit your model.

60mm base with flange detail are used to mount the models onto as standard, but this can easily be tailored to suit.

We can convert your proposed design development into a 3D printable model, that will sit into the context as a removable insert.
